cap skills

Is there a list for all the skills that will affect your cap? Now I know some ships get bonuses for cap using certain modules and I dont mean those. But I mean for weapons, ab/mwd, and all other modules, etc... I am trying to maximize my cap for some ships and cant seem to figure out what skills I need to do that.

I guess I could go to EFT and click every skill one by one to lvl5 but that would take forever and be mundane/tedious. Does anyone have a list or something quicker?

These skills will give you bigger cap and recharge rate

Fuel conservation, Afterburner and Controlled bursts will lower your cap demand for fuel and towers

Believe it or not, those are all at 5, except for fuel conservation - that only applies if you use afterburners. On ships that have mwd's Ill set everything to level 5 and it shows I have more cap but I dont know what skills its changing to do that. Ive tried right clicking on "change affecting skill" on modules to no help.
